Silverwater Collision Centre – Terms and Conditions

1. Courtesy Vehicles

Courtesy vehicles are only provided for eligible Not at Fault claims.
If your insurance policy includes a hire car option, a courtesy vehicle may be supplied as per your insurer’s terms.
One of our partner courtesy vehicle companies will get in touch and organise your courtesy vehicle, claiming it under your third-party Not at Fault claim.

2. Minor Repairs

Minor repairs are eligible only if the repair value is less than $500 (excluding GST).
This does not include three-layer pearl paint repairs.

3. Dash Cam Policy

All dash cams will be disconnected to maintain the privacy and safety of our staff during the repair process.

4. Brand Decal Placement

A Silverwater Collision Centre brand decal will be placed on the rear windscreen of the courtesy vehicle.
If you do not wish to have the decal, please notify us in writing via email before vehicle collection.
